No. Active Directory is required for MobileAdminSiteä.
MobileAdminSiteä Server must be a member server or domain
controller.
How many servers can I manager with MobileAdminSiteä?
MobileAdminSiteä is priced according to the number
of unique MobileAdminSiteä server that you want
to use. You can manage unlimited number of servers with no additional
cost !
I have 3 servers, but I only want install MobileAdminSiteä
to one server, do I need 3 licenses?
No. You only need one License.
How many licenses do I need to buy if I have more than one user?
One Licenses is good for as many user as you want, as long as you only install into
one server.
How many servers can I manage with one installed server?
One installed server can manage unlimited servers.
If I have 20 servers, do I need more than one license?
In most cases you only need one license and the software installed into one server
to manage all of your 20 servers. You can consider to buy additional licenses if
you have special requirements to meet.
Example:
Your servers are in disconnected network.
You need extra server to provide redundancy.
How fast is MobileAdminSiteä?
Speed depends on the current wireless network coverage in your area. MobileAdminSiteä uses very little network bandwidth.
How many administrators can use MobileAdminSiteä?
MobileAdminSiteä allows an unlimited number of wireless
handheld devices to use MobileAdminSiteä at the same
time.
My organization uses BlackBerry devices. Do I need a BlackBerry Enterprise Server?
No. you can use MobileAdminSiteä
with or without a BlackBerry Enterprise Server.

can be used to manage Microsoft Windows 2000 (Professional or Server), XP and 2003,
Active Directory, IIS.
Do I need to install MobileAdminSiteä on every computer
I want to manage?
No. You only need to install the MobileAdminSiteä software
on one server in your network. This single installation allows you to manage any
number of servers in your network.
How secure is MobileAdminSiteä?
MobileAdminSiteä is a standard asp.net web application.
We recommend you to use SSL with or without VPN.
Do I need to open a port in my firewall to use MobileAdminSiteä?
MobileAdminSiteä is a standard asp.net web application.
The standard port for http is 80 and SSL is 443. MobileAdminSiteä
also requires outgoing SMTP port to send notification.
How do I setup permissions
in MobileAdminSiteä?
MobileAdminSiteä integrates with your existing active
directory permissions architecture. Users who are configured to have administrative
permissions for specific servers or services in your network will only have administrative
permissions to those servers and services in MobileAdminSite.
How to use MobileAdminSiteä in a DMZ environment?
